I adore everything about this one minus the buttons which I find a bit lackluster and am thinking of replacing with something a little snazzier. That being said in my reference picture you might be able to see that I bought this too long. I would say follow the size chart and don't mistakenly think that things will be coming smaller than listed. I am a size Medium to Large and ordered a 3XL because I wanted it both extra-long and was afraid it would be maybe a couple sizes smaller since similar sites I've shopped on have erred on the smaller size. With the shirt, I like it, but don't tend to wear it with the black over-piece preferring it with some other ones I have.
