I LOVED THIS DRESS! And I loved the way it made me feel. I wore a crinoline slip and a wide elastic belt with patent leather buckle. Black tights and my favorite black booties. I work a reception desk so it looks deceptively plain until I stand up there were gasps and compliments galore when they saw the skirt. It was one of those days when people were staring at me for “the right reasons” It was Halloween and this fit put me in the spirit. nnOnly negative, a lot of static in the skirt that I could not get rid of but it did not spoil the look. nnForgive the photos, not very good with selfies
